For more than seven years, I’ve worked on mobile apps, business platforms and websites across travel, hospitality and real estate.
Those projects taught me to look beyond the screen. A good product has to make sense to the person using it and be practical for the team running it.
That is also how I approach automation and AI. I look for the repeated task, the missing connection or the slow handoff, then build something useful around it.
